  • The initial preventative maintenance inspection (PMI) is an assessment of what maintenance is reuired. Following the PMI, a job report is sent out listing out all the required and recommended repairs as per the codes being followed.

  • CSA 282-15, NFPA-25. (Can put the full code names/years to have more details. The code titles describe what the code covers.) Also broken down in the City of Calgary's "Building Owner's Responsibility for Fire Safety"

  • Weekly, Monthly, Semi-Annual, Annual, and Quinquennial preventaitve maintenance requirements are broken down in CSA 282. Maintenance requirements are also provided by the manufacturer.
