Once a product request is received, our team will work diligently to assess your needs. A site visit may be necessary to ensure we have a full understanding of your product requirements. You will be provided with all available options. We will also indicate any key variances between products and expected lead times to assist and ensure you make an informed purchase.
Order Placement and Delivery
After your approval is received, our team will process your order and notify you of an expected delivery date. Once we receive your equipment, a pre-delivery inspection will be performed. Once complete, you will be notified, and delivery or collection will be coordinated. Our administration team will provide you with a recommended maintenance plan to ensure a maximum lifespan for your new investment. Any operation or functional inquiries will be addressed by our technical department.
